About Mike Keene, owner of PREMIER ELECTRIC

Mike’s parents relocated from Superior, Wisconsin to Fremont, California in 1954. Where they continue to reside and where Mike was born and raised. His dad installed a strong work ethic in all of his children from a young age. As a young boy Mike’s play ground was often helping his dad on construction sites.

After high school Mike went to work for a general contractor where he developed a complete understanding of construction from new building to remodels. Doing everything from digging ditches to clean rooms. He worked in both residential and industrial settings. This knowledge sets Mike apart; he understands how everything should fit together and how to achieve the best outcome.

In 1994 he went to work for his older brother, who started a successful electrical business that concentrated on industrial and commercial electrical.

As time went on Mike realized he what he loved about his work was customer contact, variety and creativity. He loved assisting customers in the electrical design aspect so that the finished product would be exactly what they wanted. The small details are important to Mike – for example he makes sure every the light fixture is centered and aligned. He also feels that the electrical component of a building is more than a practical convenience or necessity, but that it’s the energy of the building and should be done with integrity.

In February 2004, Mike Keene started PREMIER ELECTRIC. It is his desire to provide high quality electrical service at a fair price. He specializes in all residential and commercial electrical.

Today, Mike resides in Pleasanton, California. He married his high school sweetheart and they have celebrated more than 20 years together. Mike has 3 children, a couple of rescue cats and two dogs.
